Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across departments
- Manage end-to-end relocation logistics for incoming talent including visa processing
- Develop weekly payroll processing systems ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate sourcing strategies
- Analyze market trends to optimize compensation packages and relocation benefits
- Implement onboarding programs for relocated employees ensuring smooth transitions
- Utilize ATS and HRIS systems for data-driven recruitment analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years in recruitment or HR operations with relocation experience
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and payroll systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Texas labor laws and federal relocation regulations
- Exceptional communication skills with cross-cultural competency
- Proven ability to manage complex relocation projects with budget oversight
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Experience with visa sponsorship processes (H-1B, L-1, etc.)
