Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for incoming professionals, including housing searches, school enrollment, and community integration
- Develop customized relocation plans using our proprietary CRM system and budget management tools
- Act as primary liaison between clients, employers, and local service providers
- Conduct needs assessments and provide cultural orientation for relocating families
- Track and optimize relocation program KPIs, ensuring 95%+ client satisfaction
- Train junior specialists on best practices in relocation management
- Collaborate with HR departments to implement seamless corporate relocation programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional relocation coordination experience
- Proven expertise in Louisville housing markets and community resources
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated cost-saving achievements
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with multicultural sensitivity
- Valid driver's license with clean record for client home visits
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- CRM certification preferred (Salesforce, HubSpot)
