Responsibilities
- Coordinate comprehensive relocation packages including housing, logistics, and cultural integration
- Build relationships with clients to understand relocation needs and preferences
- Manage vendor partnerships for housing, moving, and settlement services
- Track relocation budgets and ensure compliance with company policies
- Provide ongoing support to relocating employees before, during, and after move
- Develop personalized relocation plans tailored to individual circumstances
- Utilize relocation management software for documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate relocation or logistics coordination
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency with relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, Cartus)
- Knowledge of St. Louis housing market and community resources
- Certification in Relocation (CRP) preferred
