Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end relocation processes for remote tech professionals moving to St. Louis
- Coordinate housing search, temporary accommodations, and neighborhood orientation services
- Facilitate visa processing, work permits, and legal documentation for international candidates
- Build and maintain partnerships with St. Louis tech employers to understand relocation needs
- Develop customized relocation packages including cost-of-living adjustments and school recommendations
- Track relocation metrics and continuously improve service delivery based on candidate feedback
- Act as primary point of contact for candidates throughout their relocation journey
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR relocation, talent acquisition, or tech industry support
- Proven ability to manage complex logistics and prioritize competing deadlines
- Strong knowledge of St. Louis's tech sector, neighborhoods, and community resources
- Excellent communication skills with ability to empathize with relocating professionals
- Proficiency in CRM systems and relocation management software
- Certification in Global Mobility or Relocation (GMS, CRP) preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits
