Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for corporate clients and their families
- Manage housing search assistance, temporary housing arrangements, and school district research
- Facilitate visa/immigration documentation support and cultural orientation programs
- Develop customized relocation plans addressing unique client needs and budget constraints
- Collaborate with third-party vendors (movers, real estate agents, schools) for service delivery
- Track relocation expenses and ensure compliance with corporate policies
- Provide 24/7 on-call support during critical relocation phases
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate relocation or HR coordination experience
- Expertise in Chicago housing market and regional school systems
- Certification in Global Mobility or Relocation (GMS, CRP) preferred
- Proficiency in relocation software (e.g., ReloDesk, Cartus)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with cross-cultural sensitivity
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
