Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across Chandler's tech sector, with emphasis on relocation candidates
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for domestic and international tech talent
- Coordinate relocation logistics including visa sponsorship, housing assistance, and cultural integration
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at 50+ partner tech companies
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to optimize relocation success rates
- Lead candidate experience initiatives for relocating tech professionals
- Collaborate with relocation partners to streamline transition processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with proven relocation case management
- Expertise in sourcing international tech talent (H1B, TN, O-1 visas)
- Proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics tools
- Exceptional cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of US immigration processes for tech professionals
- Experience in high-volume technical hiring within the Southwest US tech market
- Certification in Global Talent Acquisition or Relocation Management preferred
- Deep knowledge of Chandler's tech ecosystem and relocation resources
