Responsibilities

- Operate farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain field cleanliness and irrigation systems.
- Follow all safety protocols and farm regulations.
- Work cooperatively with the crew to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the US or hold a valid H2A visa.
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Experience in agricultural work is a plus but not required.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
