Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops such as strawberries, corn, or vegetables.
- Operate agricultural machinery, tractors, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Pack harvested goods and load them onto trucks for distribution.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fields and packing areas.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions including heat, rain, and humidity.
Qualifications
- Eligibility to work in the United States (H2A Visa holders are strongly encouraged to apply).
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic English language skills for safety communication.
- Valid driver's license (preferred for transport to work sites).
