Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting various crops.
- Operate agricultural machinery and farm equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the farm.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies strictly.
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and packing of harvested produce for transport.
- Monitor crop health and report any pest or disease issues to the site supervisor immediately.
- Participate in daily pre-shift briefings and mandatory safety training sessions.
- Perform general farm maintenance and upkeep as directed.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship or hold valid legal work authorization in the US.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or experience operating farm machinery is preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the shift.
- Must pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screening.
