Responsibilities
- Perform manual harvesting and sorting of agricultural products with precision and efficiency.
- Load, unload, and transport goods to ensure timely distribution and processing.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Operate farm equipment and machinery under supervision to assist in daily operations.
- Monitor product quality to ensure only the best produce reaches the market.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Follow specific instructions regarding picking techniques and packing standards.
Qualifications
- Valid H2B Visa or eligibility to work in the United States under seasonal visa programs.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and carry heavy loads for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, sun, rain).
- Basic English communication skills for safety instructions and team coordination.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or seasonal labor is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
