Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest high-quality crops in compliance with safety standards.
- Perform packing and sorting operations for distribution.
- Maintain farm equipment and ensure clean work areas.
- Assist with irrigation and general farm maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to all company policies and labor regulations.
- Work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Eligible for H2A Visa sponsorship or currently holding a valid H2A visa.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in outdoor environments.
- Basic English language proficiency for communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
- Reliable transportation to the worksite.
