Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to seasonal schedules.
- Operate heavy machinery and agricultural equipment, such as tractors and harvesters, safely and efficiently.
- Ensure strict compliance with all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor crop health and identify potential pest or disease issues early.
- Participate in irrigation, soil preparation, and fertilization activities.
- Maintain the cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and storage facilities.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or US citizenship/residency status (Green Card).
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments, including standing for long periods.
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or farm labor is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to the worksite.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of agricultural machinery safety protocols.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays during peak harvest seasons.
