Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to identify and source qualified candidates for open technical roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Post job openings on multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and optimize content for maximum visibility.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates and hiring teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition (Part-time or Contract experience accepted).
- Strong understanding of the technology sector and recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
