Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain candidate pipelines
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications
- Develop recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of recruitment or staffing experience
- Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment pipelines
- Results-driven with proven success meeting targets
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
