Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Utilize Boolean search strategies and social media (LinkedIn, GitHub) to source passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage the entire interview process, including scheduling and feedback coordination.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive talent.
- Negotiate offers and close positions in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical skill sets.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- BA/BS degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
