Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Sourcing and screening candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media.
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain a strong network of passive candidates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and deliver talent.
- Provide a world-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of filling high-volume technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and tech stacks (e.g., Java, Python, AWS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and remotely.
