Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and source qualified candidates for technical roles using LinkedIn, GitHub, and Boolean search techniques.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and build talent pipelines.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate feedback, and extending offers.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever to maintain accurate candidate data and track pipeline metrics.
- Build and maintain a network of passive candidates to ensure a steady flow of talent for future openings.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or Human Resources (full-cycle recruiting experience preferred).
- Proven ability to source candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a high level of autonomy.
- Ability to work in the United States legally.
