Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified technical candidates (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps) using various channels including LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive talent.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Manage candidate relationships through the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Update candidate data accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or a related HR role.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and software development lifecycles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to conduct effective phone screens and candidate interviews.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
