Responsibilities
- Recruitment Lifecycle: Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent in the Denver market.
- SEO Optimization: Research and implement keywords to improve job posting visibility on search engines and optimize career page content.
- ATS Management: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems to track pipelines and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends in Denver and New York to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build compelling job descriptions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Human Resources.
