Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for mid to senior-level positions in software development, QA, and IT.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure technical and cultural fit.
- Manage the candidate experience from application to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and reporting on recruitment metrics.
- Build long-term relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or executive search.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical skill sets (Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
