Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates in the tech market using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media channels.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone and video screens to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build detailed job descriptions.
- Interview Coordination: Manage the full interview process, including scheduling, debriefing, and feedback collection.
- Offer Management: Guide candidates through the offer process, ensuring competitive packages and smooth onboarding transitions.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- ATS Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Network: Proven ability to build and leverage a strong professional network.
- Tools: Familiarity with sourcing tools like Sourcer, Gem, or Eightfold AI is a plus.
