Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management.
- Optimize all job postings, career pages, and recruitment content for major search engines to maximize organic visibility and candidate attraction.
- Utilize advanced sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance data to refine sourcing strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical requirements and company culture.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to stay ahead of industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles applied to recruitment marketing (keywords, meta tags, content strategy).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon for diverse audiences.
- Experience with sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo) and Boolean search syntax.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
