Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting strategies for engineering, product, and IT roles.
- Sourcetop talent using advanced Boolean search and professional networks like LinkedIn.
- Conduct comprehensive technical and behavioral interviews with candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
- Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field preferred.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (e.g., DevOps, Backend, Frontend).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
