Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, Product Management) within the Denver metro area.
- Source and engage passive candidates using advanced Boolean search strategies and professional networks.
- Manage the entire hiring lifecycle, from pipeline generation and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure consistent pipeline coverage for future needs.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track candidates and provide weekly reporting on hiring metrics.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in Technical Recruiting, ideally within the SaaS or Tech industry.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical positions and meeting aggressive quota targets.
- Deep understanding of the Denver tech market and ability to network within the local community.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred.
