Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth SEO keyword research to identify high-value recruitment keywords.
- Optimize job postings, company blogs, and landing pages for search engines.
- Spearhead direct sourcing campaigns for technical roles (DevOps, Backend, Frontend).
- Manage candidate pipelines and nurture relationships through personalized outreach.
- Analyze recruitment KPIs and traffic metrics to improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, Content Marketing, or Technical Recruiting.
- Proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Strong understanding of technical hiring requirements and tech stack knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
