- Manage and optimize job postings to attract high-quality applicants.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance data to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and employer branding.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value recruitment and content opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, or technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent networking and communication skills with a knack for sales.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
