- Conduct market research and candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking platforms.
- Perform initial phone screenings to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Assist in optimizing job descriptions and company website content for search engines (SEO).
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance data using Google Analytics.
- Coordinate interview schedules and prepare recruitment materials for hiring managers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that enhance employer branding.
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and SEO algorithm updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interest in the technology sector and recruitment lifecycle.
- Familiarity with basic SEO principles and tools (e.g., keyword research, Google Search Console).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
