Responsibilities
- SEO Execution: Conduct technical SEO audits, optimize meta tags, and implement schema markup to improve search engine rankings.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates for engineering and product roles.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to ensure technical documentation and job descriptions are SEO-optimized.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- ATS Management: Streamline the applicant tracking system processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Performance Optimization: Work closely with developers to improve site speed and mobile usability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in SEO and Technical Recruiting, or a hybrid role combining both disciplines.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Google Search Console; experience with ATS platforms like Greenhouse or Lever.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or Human Resources.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for both candidate outreach and technical reporting.
- Tools: Strong command of Excel and analytics tools.
