Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and company culture.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate technical interviews.
- Manage applicant tracking and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.
