Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end full-cycle recruiting for technical positions including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management.
- Sourcing and engaging passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Screening candidates, conducting technical interviews, and coordinating onsite interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline and pipeline reports for key roles.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and market compensation benchmarks.
- Manage the candidate experience from application to offer stage, ensuring timely communication.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track metrics, generate reports, and optimize recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting for software and IT roles.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
