Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, QA).
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, Networking) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct screening calls, technical interviews, and final candidate evaluations.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Attend and represent the company at career fairs and hiring events.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycles and technical roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
