Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level technical positions (Software Engineering, Data, Product).
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media networking.
- Screen candidates effectively, assessing technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective interview rubrics.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Proven experience sourcing candidates for software development roles (Java, Python, React, AWS, etc.).
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, urgent hiring environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
