Responsibilities
- Execute daily agricultural operations including planting, cultivating, and harvesting high-value crops.
- Operate and maintain heavy agricultural machinery and farm equipment safely.
- Monitor crop health and apply fertilizers or pesticides according to safety guidelines.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and H2A visa regulations.
- Collaborate with the field team to optimize workflow and maximize yield efficiency.
- Perform general farm maintenance and site cleanliness duties.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in agricultural labor or farm management.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions for extended periods.
- Valid identification and eligibility to work in the United States (H2A Visa sponsorship available).
- Basic knowledge of farm equipment operation and safety protocols.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
