Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems) provided by employer
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops including vegetables and fruits
- Maintain farm cleanliness and equipment maintenance protocols
- Adhere to all safety standards and pesticide application guidelines
- Assist with crop sorting, packing, and loading operations
- Participate in team-based harvest activities with daily production targets
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings/weekends
- No prior farming experience necessary – full training provided
