Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Maintain crop health through fertilization, pest control, and irrigation management
- Inspect crops for quality and readiness for harvest
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental standards
- Assist in packing and processing harvested produce
- Perform general farm maintenance and equipment upkeep
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of prior agricultural/farm experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
