Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops including corn, soybeans, and vegetables
- Operate and maintain farm machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Perform field maintenance including weed control, pest management, and soil preparation
- Inspect crops for quality and readiness for harvest
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainable farming practices
- Assist in packing, sorting, and loading harvested products
- Participate in training sessions on new agricultural techniques
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility (international candidates only)
- Minimum 1 year of prior agricultural or farm labor experience
