Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries with exceptional professionalism
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate calendar systems
- Perform check-in/check-out procedures using electronic health records (EHR)
- Manage office supplies inventory and assist with basic administrative tasks
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Assist with insurance verification and billing documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred
