Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and phone triage
- Maintain accurate patient records using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
- Coordinate visitor access and ensure secure handling of confidential information
- Assist with office inventory management and supply ordering
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize patient flow and experience
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and facility security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist or administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced healthcare environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Basic medical terminology knowledge
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid California driver's license (if required for facility duties)
