Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview technical candidates (Software Engineers, Developers, IT Support).
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for open requisitions.
- Post job descriptions on various platforms and social media channels.
- Coordinate interview schedules and prepare candidate briefs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or HR.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role.
- Basic knowledge of software development life cycles is a plus.
