Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps.
- Source passive candidates using advanced Boolean search strategies and social networking platforms.
- Manage the entire hiring pipeline from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Build a strong talent pipeline and maintain relationships with passive candidates.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting.
- Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Strong understanding of the technology industry and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
