Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize Boolean search strategies and social media platforms to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage candidate relationships and maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate interviews and schedule candidates for on-site and virtual meetings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Provide a world-class candidate experience during the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work weekends and handle a high volume of inquiries.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
