Responsibilities
- Sourcing & SEO Strategy: Conduct technical sourcing using advanced Boolean search and SEO techniques to identify passive candidates in the US market.
- Job Optimization: Write and optimize high-ranking job descriptions and landing pages using SEO best practices to drive traffic from New York, Illinois, and beyond.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to offer.
- ATS Administration: Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and efficient reporting.
- Brand Building: Develop and execute strategies to enhance our employer brand presence across LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or SEO within the US market.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms; strong understanding of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Location Flexibility: Ability to work effectively from New York, NY (with potential travel to Illinois client sites).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into engaging content.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
