Responsibilities
- Optimize candidate-facing content and job descriptions for search engines to improve organic reach and traffic.
- Manage and post job requisitions across multiple Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and engage with passive candidates in the Chicago tech market.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance data to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and SEO keywords.
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment calendars.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition (1+ years preferred).
- Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page optimization best practices.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Availability to work 15-20 hours per week.
