Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for incoming residents
- Research and recommend Raleigh neighborhoods, schools, and amenities
- Facilitate housing tours and utility setup assistance
- Develop personalized relocation plans with budget considerations
- Partner with local businesses for relocation incentives
- Track client satisfaction metrics and service delivery
- Document relocation progress in CRM systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or relocation coordination
- Deep knowledge of Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and relocation software
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Spanish fluency preferred (not required)
- Background check and drug screen required
