Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for tech professionals moving to the Chula Vista/San Diego area
- Assist with visa applications, housing searches, and school enrollment for relocating candidates
- Facilitate cultural integration workshops and community networking events
- Collaborate with HR departments at partner tech firms to align relocation packages
- Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth onboarding and adjustment post-relocation
- Maintain detailed relocation documentation and progress tracking systems
- Build and nurture relationships with local service providers (real estate, legal, etc.)
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in corporate relocation or HR coordination
- Deep understanding of US immigration processes (H1B, L1 visas, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills across cultural boundaries
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, MoveHub)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International Relations, or related field
- Strong problem-solving abilities for complex relocation scenarios
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Experience working with tech industry professionals preferred
