Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for incoming professionals
- Manage moving budgets and vendor partnerships for transportation/storage
- Provide personalized relocation guidance for housing, schools, and community integration
- Process relocation expense reimbursements and documentation
- Act as primary liaison between employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Track relocation metrics and continuously improve service delivery
- Develop customized relocation packages based on individual/family needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation coordination or customer service role
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with relocation software (e.g., ReloTracker, TRC)
- Experience managing complex logistics and vendor relationships
- Ability to handle sensitive relocation situations with empathy
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Valid California driver's license required
