Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive relocation packages for senior tech professionals moving to Orange County
- Partner with tech companies to understand talent needs and create customized relocation strategies
- Manage visa sponsorship processes and immigration documentation for international tech hires
- Coordinate housing assistance, school searches, and community integration for relocating families
- Develop tech-specific relocation training programs for HR teams at partner companies
- Track relocation KPIs and optimize processes using data-driven insights
- Build relationships with Anaheim's tech ecosystem including startups and innovation centers
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate relocation or talent acquisition with tech industry specialization
- Expertise in visa sponsorship processes (H-1B, L-1, O-1) and immigration compliance
- Proven track record designing relocation packages for senior tech professionals ($100k+ roles)
- Strong understanding of Orange County's real estate market and school districts
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) or Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) preferred
- Experience with relocation management software (e.g., Cartus, SIRVA, or similar)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to manage sensitive relocation scenarios
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required
