Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for incoming residents
- Assist with housing searches, school enrollment, and community integration
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursements
- Build partnerships with local vendors and service providers
- Provide cultural orientation and Alaskan lifestyle guidance
- Track relocation metrics and maintain client satisfaction records
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation coordination or customer service
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relocation management software
- Valid Alaska driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Knowledge of Anchorage housing market and resources
- Certification in relocation preferred (ARP, GMS)
