Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for incoming/outgoing professionals
- Assess housing needs and secure temporary/permanent accommodations
- Facilitate school enrollment, visa processing, and community integration
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursement processes
- Develop personalized relocation plans with cultural orientation resources
- Collaborate with real estate agents, schools, and local service providers
- Track KPIs and optimize relocation satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in corporate relocation or customer service coordination
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC)
- Exceptional communication skills in English (Spanish fluency preferred)
- Valid US driver's license and clean driving record
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation a plus
- Experience managing international relocation cases
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
