Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive relocation packages for corporate transferees
- Coordinate vendor partnerships (movers, housing, temporary accommodations)
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reporting for 50+ employees monthly
- Provide personalized relocation counseling to employees and families
- Track and optimize relocation program KPIs and cost-efficiency
- Act as primary liaison between clients, employees, and relocation vendors
- Develop innovative solutions for complex relocation scenarios
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate relocation management or HR mobility
- Proven expertise in domestic/international relocation logistics
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Advanced proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., TRC, Cartus)
- Experience managing relocation budgets exceeding $2M annually
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
- Ability to relocate to Dallas with full relocation assistance provided
